: Performance Marketer
Focus: Paid Media, Conversion Optimization, SMS and Email Marketing
Role Overview
You are responsible for driving measurable growth. Not vanity metrics. Real leads, real sales, real ROI. You will own paid campaigns end to end and support them with high-performing email and SMS flows that convert traffic into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Performance Marketing
Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and marketplaces where relevant
Own CPL, CAC, ROAS, and funnel-level performance
Build and test creatives, copy, hooks, and landing page angles
Continuously optimize budgets, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements
Track performance daily and take fast corrective action
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
Work closely with design and web teams to improve landing pages
Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, forms, and CTAs
Improve lead quality, not just volume
Ensure clean attribution and proper tracking setup
Email Marketing
Create and manage automated flows: welcome, lead nurturing, abandoned cart, re-engagement
Write conversion-focused subject lines and body copy
Segment audiences based on behavior, intent, and lifecycle stage
Monitor open rates, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribe rates
SMS Marketing
Design compliant, high-impact SMS campaigns for offers, reminders, and follow-ups
Build automated SMS journeys aligned with user actions
Optimize timing, frequency, and copy for maximum response
Coordinate SMS with email and paid campaigns for consistent messaging
Analytics & Reporting
Set up and maintain tracking using GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights
Identify what is working, what is failing, and why
Recommend next actions based on data, not assumptions
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
2 to 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Proven results in lead generation or ecommerce growth
Solid understanding of funnels, attribution, and CRO
Experience with email and sms tools
Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, and SMS
Data-driven mindset with comfort in numbers and dashboards
Good to Have
Experience in D2C, SaaS, real estate, sports infra, or exports
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead scoring
Basic understanding of HTML, landing page builders, or Webflow
Experience running WhatsApp automation campaigns
