Requirements
Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or content-driven marketing, preferably within SaaS or B2B technology sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product, and design teams.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels while consistently meeting targets and deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel metrics to inform strategy and improve performance.
• Skilled at crafting compelling messaging and storytelling that resonates with target audiences and drives conversion.
• Experience managing multiple growth initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with growth tools, SEO principles, analytics platforms, and performance tracking to optimize marketing efforts.
• Data-driven and creative, able to blend experimentation, insights, and strategy to accelerate growth.
