Growth Marketing Lead

to accelerate our brand visibility, pipeline velocity, and go-to-market expansion across global markets.

Role Overview



The

Growth Marketing Lead

will own the

end-to-end growth strategy

, from awareness to acquisition to retention -- driving measurable impact across

pipeline generation, demand acceleration, and brand differentiation

.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of

marketing, analytics, and revenue operations

, ideal for a data-driven marketer passionate about scaling AI and B2B SaaS businesses.

You'll lead growth campaigns, performance marketing, content strategy, and community engagement that position Intellectyx.ai as a

thought leader in AI-native, agentic, and data observability ecosystems

.

Key Responsibilities1. Growth Strategy & Execution



Develop and execute an integrated

growth marketing strategy

that spans paid, organic, and partnership channels. Drive

full-funnel campaigns

from brand awareness to conversion across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta). Define and manage

marketing OKRs

focused on MQL ? SQL ? Pipeline acceleration. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align campaigns with

revenue and product adoption goals

.

2. Demand Generation & Performance Marketing



Lead demand generation initiatives using

ABM, retargeting, and content-driven nurture sequences

. Build and manage digital acquisition programs using

Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and intent-based platforms

. Optimize campaign performance through continuous

A/B testing, data analysis, and conversion rate optimization

. Partner with RevOps to ensure CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo) deliver accurate attribution and insights.

3. Brand, Positioning & Content Leadership



Shape and elevate the

Intellectyx.ai brand voice

across digital, social, and partner ecosystems. Drive the creation of

high-impact thought leadership content

-- whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars -- in partnership with Product Marketing and Design. Leverage

AI tools

for automated campaign insights, dynamic content generation, and predictive targeting. Support PR, analyst relations, and speaking engagements to strengthen the company's position in the

AI-native and observability markets

.

4. Analytics, Insights & Experimentation



Define and monitor

key growth metrics

(CAC, LTV, MQL quality, campaign ROI). Use

Google Analytics, HubSpot, and AI-driven dashboards

for performance tracking and reporting. Build growth experiments using data science and generative AI insights to predict campaign impact. Own regular reporting on marketing performance, pipeline health, and ROI to leadership.

5. Leadership & Collaboration



Manage cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align growth initiatives. Mentor a team of digital marketers, content strategists, and data analysts. Represent the marketing function in strategic planning and GTM leadership discussions.

Qualifications



8+ years

of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, with at least

3+ years

in a growth or performance marketing leadership role. Proven track record of scaling

pipeline and revenue growth

in a high-tech or AI company. Strong understanding of

multi-channel demand generation

,

digital acquisition

, and

data-driven marketing

. Expertise in:

Platforms:

Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo

Analytics:

Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio

AI Tools:

ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, or custom LLM-based insights

Channels:

SEO, SEM, Paid Social, ABM, Email Automation Excellent storytelling, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience



Experience marketing

AI-native, data, or observability platforms

. Familiarity with

enterprise SaaS go-to-market motions

and long-cycle B2B sales funnels. Background in

content marketing, partner co-marketing, and thought leadership

initiatives. Hands-on use of

AI-assisted marketing orchestration

tools and growth analytics dashboards.
