Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Growth/ Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in CRM tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, or WebEngage. The ideal candidate should be skilled in email, push, and in-app campaigns, user segmentation, and customer retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute email, push, and SMS campaigns via CleverTap/MoEngage
Create user journeys and automation workflows to improve retention
Conduct A/B testing and campaign performance analysis
Work closely with design/content for campaign assets
Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and engagement metrics
Required Skills:
1-3 years in Digital/CRM/Retention Marketing
Experience with CleverTap, MoEngage, or WebEngage
Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager
Strong analytical and communication skills
Location : WFH- office location Bangalore
Five days working( candidate should be able to work on weekends on the basis of requirement)
