JOB SUMMARY



We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to support B2B lead generation, marketing campaigns, and sales execution. This role involves working closely with international clients, executing outreach campaigns, and supporting strategy implementation. Strong spoken and written English is mandatory as communication with global stakeholders is a key part of this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and research potential B2B customers using LinkedIn, email, and online tools. Build targeted lead lists based on defined ICP and buyer personas. Maintain accurate lead data and CRM records.
Marketing & Sales Campaign Execution:

Execute email, LinkedIn, and outbound sales campaigns. Write and send professional outreach messages and follow-ups in English. Track campaign responses and report performance metrics.
International Client Communication:

Communicate confidently with international prospects and clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls (if required). Maintain professional business communication standards. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
Strategy & Implementation Support:

Assist in planning and executing B2B lead generation strategies. Research new tools, platforms, and campaign ideas. Support optimization of campaigns based on data and feedback.
Learning & Growth:

Learn B2B sales funnels, demand generation, and campaign management. Get hands-on exposure to CRM, automation, and prospecting tools. Continuously improve communication and execution skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory). Graduation/Postgraduation (B.Tech/BBA/MBA) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to interact with international clients and stakeholders. Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business concepts. Good analytical and research skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, or digital marketing concepts. Internship or academic exposure to B2B marketing, sales, or demand generation. Interest in global markets, startups, or IT services. Exposure to CRM systems, marketing automation, or prospecting tools is a plus.
