Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop a thorough understanding of the products, users, and acquisition channels
Marketing Analytics:
Help solve 3 three problems of Growth Marketing- Whom to target (Propensity), How to target (Channel) and when (Time) to target for optimizing the CAC for the business
Develop the channel mix & testing strategy for each campaign by collaborating with internal teams
Run exploratory analysis to uncover new areas of opportunity, generate hypotheses, and quickly assess the potential upside of a given opportunity
Work with data engineering to develop and implement new analytical tools and improve our underlying data infrastructure
Analyze, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire company
Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test results. Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings
Effectively present and communicate analysis to the company to drive business decisions
Qualifications
B.Tech from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute with 2-4 years of experience
Work Experience/Skills
2-4 years of relevant proven experience from a numbers-driven and analytical marketing environments - perhaps in an online consumer business or a Bank/NBFC
Strong data handling, interpretive and problem-solving skills with the ability to process large volume of transaction level data and efficiently derive actionable results.
Skills: R/Python, SQL , Tableau, Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables
