Role Overview
Mint Source is hiring a Growth Marketer to help a digital wellness brand scale high-ticket programs through paid and partner channels. You'll own full-funnel acquisition for $3k-$5k wellness packages supported by an iOS companion app, working closely with the founder and product team to hit profitability quickly and grow from there. Day to day, you'll shape positioning, script and produce ads, and run disciplined experiments across Meta and Google while unlocking new traffic via influencers and affiliates. Success looks like profitable funnels in the first 30 days, then smart, steady scale over the next 60. If you enjoy balancing creative storytelling with rigorous performance metrics, this role gives you end-to-end ownership and clear impact.
What You'll Do
Design and launch paid acquisition funnels tailored to different customer segments and price points
Plan, run, and optimize Meta and Google campaigns with a clear path to LTV-positive CAC and strong ROAS
Write ad scripts, craft thumb-stopping hooks, and produce or edit short-form creatives in-house, tapping external help when needed
Test landing pages, offers, and messaging to improve click-through, lead quality, and funnel conversion
Collaborate with the product team to connect acquisition with onboarding and retention flows in the iOS app
Build and scale influencer and affiliate programs, including outreach, briefs, and performance tracking
Set up clean attribution and event tracking, ensuring pixels, UTMs, and in-app events are reliable
Manage budgets, pacing, and weekly forecasts while prioritizing experiments with the highest expected impact
Report insights clearly, turning data into next steps and sharing wins, misses, and learnings proactively
What We're Looking For
3-5 years in performance growth with a track record of profitable campaigns and measurable revenue lift
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads, from audience strategy to creative testing and bid optimization
Experience building high-ticket funnels, ideally with consultative or program-based offerings
Strong copy and creative instincts, comfortable scripting ads and guiding or editing short video assets
Analytical mindset with fluency in CAC, LTV, ROAS, cohorts, and payback to inform clear decisions
Proactive communicator who operates 80% independently while aligning on strategy and sharing learnings
Meticulous attention to detail with a thoughtful, methodical approach to experimentation
Bonus: Familiarity with meditation or breathwork, iOS app growth, and affiliate or influencer partnerships
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Profitability achieved on core funnels within 30 days, with scale over the following 60
LTV to CAC ratio trending positive and improving month over month
Blended ROAS at or above target for both prospecting and retargeting
Qualified customers acquired and cost per acquisition meeting agreed thresholds
Consistent creative output and velocity, e.g., new scripts and variations tested weekly with rising win rates
