Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:
Identify, pitch, and onboard
offline business partners
(healthcare brands, fitness centers, corporates, wellness platforms, and clinics) to drive revenue growth.
Develop and manage long-term relationships with key partners to ensure collaboration success.
Negotiate and close partnership deals, ensuring mutual business benefits.
Growth & Expansion of Qua Nutrition Centers:
Develop strategies to
increase footfall and revenue
for Qua Nutrition centers.
Collaborate with marketing teams to
implement local marketing campaigns and offline activations
at partner locations.
Work closely with center managers to track and improve performance metrics.
Sales & Business Development:
Generate leads, convert prospects into active partners, and
drive sales growth
through B2B collaborations.
Identify new revenue opportunities in offline channels and create customized offerings for partners.
Brand Visibility & Engagement:
Plan and execute
events, workshops, and collaborations
with wellness brands, corporate offices, and fitness centers to enhance brand awareness.
Ensure Qua Nutrition's presence in offline spaces through
co-branded marketing collaterals, signage, and promotional activities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track the effectiveness of partnerships and offline growth strategies through
KPIs and performance metrics.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on
business growth, partnerships, and revenue impact.
Key Requirements:
2-4 years of experience
in
sales, business development, or partnerships
(preferably in health, wellness, fitness, or nutrition industries).
Strong
