Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute growth strategies to increase users, revenue, and brand reach
Analyze user behavior, funnels, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to run growth experiments
Manage and optimize paid & organic marketing channels (SEO, social media, ads, referrals, etc.)
Improve user onboarding, activation, and retention strategies
Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn
Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experiments
Identify new growth channels and partnerships
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Growth Manager / Growth Marketer
Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and performance tracking
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.
Data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
