About the Role


We are hiring a Growth Manager to drive the Sales of our Online Courses via B2B channels. This role combines strategic
partnerships with agencies, online platforms and educational institutions across India. The ideal candidate will be target-driven,
entrepreneurial, and passionate about international education.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage B2B partnerships with study abroad agencies, educational institutions, and upskilling platforms. Conduct partner training and co-marketing activities. Manage the sales funnel - from lead generation to final enrollment. Track KPIs, report performance, and provide market insights. Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth strategies and optimize results. Support partners to counsel and convert students across the sales funnel, ensuring strong enrollment outcomes. Experiment with new growth strategies and channels to optimize results.

Requirements

1-3 years experience in growth, partnerships, or sales within edtech, study abroad, or higher education. Proven success in B2B partnerships and B2C student conversions. Strong networking, presentation, and negotiation skills. Data-driven, target-focused, and comfortable using CRM/reporting tools. * Willingness to travel for partner and student engagement.
