The Growth / Admissions Manager is responsible for driving student admissions by managing the complete lead-to-enrollment funnel. The role involves planning marketing campaigns, generating leads, building partnerships, and coordinating outreach events to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
? Own the complete admissions funnel from lead generation to final enrollment.
? Plan and execute strategies to meet annual admission targets for AI/ML Engineering programs.
? Coordinate with the performance marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and education portals.
? Run outreach campaigns via calls, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
? Strengthen the institution's brand among students, parents, and academic communities.
? Coordinate with the social media and creative teams for impactful content and marketing materials to ensure strong digital presence.
? Build partnerships with schools, coaching centers, counselors, and education consultants.
? Organize seminars, workshops, edu-fairs, webinars, and open-house events.
? Track weekly funnel performance and optimize based on data insights.
? Maintain CRM accuracy and identify/resolve funnel drop-offs.
? Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align curriculum positioning with market trends.
Key Skills & Requirements
? Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM systems.
? Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
? Ability to travel for outreach programs and events.
? Experience in Edtech (preferably in higher education).
? Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Telangana and Andhr
