Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic
Growth Manager
to drive SKYEONE's business expansion and talent acquisition efforts. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong business development mindset who can identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support recruitment initiatives to strengthen our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, client engagement, and revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform growth strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Support talent acquisition efforts by identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, and assisting in the recruitment process.
Maintain relationships with key vendors, clients, and partners to ensure continued business growth.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in business development, growth management, or related roles.(not mandatory)
Understanding of the events, hospitality, or tech-enabled services industry is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in talent acquisition or HR processes is desirable.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
