Responsibilities



Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and sales. Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and market data to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with brand, operations, and sales teams to implement impactful growth initiatives. Design and conduct A/B tests to refine marketing campaigns and product offerings. Track and report on key metrics (e.g., CAC, PDP, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, ROAS) to guide decision-making. Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to keep us ahead of the curve.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree from IIT or BITS Pilani in a relevant field. Experience in growth hacking, data analysis, or a related role, ideally in Ecommerce or consumer goods. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R); familiarity with visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Solid understanding of digital marketing and Ecommerce strategies, or a strong desire to learn. Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business growth.
