About the Role
This is not a normal marketing job.
We are hiring the
first growth leader in Kerala
to build a
complete B2B lead-generation and revenue engine
for our UAE operations.
Services:
Company formation
PRO & visa services
ADNOC, CICPA & government registrations
EPC, oil & gas, nuclear, and industrial representation
Monthly Target
Your job is to
build the marketing system that makes this predictable.
What You Will Own
You will be the
Growth & Revenue Owner
for all marketing coming out of Kochi.
Your responsibility is to:
Create
qualified B2B leads
Feed the
UAE & Kochi sales team
Build a
high-performance digital marketing team
You will start alone, then
hire and scale your own team.
Key Responsibilities1) Build the B2B Lead Engine
You will:
Create lead funnels for PlusUAE.com and Vortexen
Run Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads
Build landing pages and conversion paths
Integrate leads into CRM
Track CPL, CAC, SQLs, and revenue
Your KPI is
how much money your leads generate.
2) Build and Manage the Marketing Team
You will hire and manage:
Paid Ads specialist
LinkedIn / Outbound lead generator
Content & funnel marketer
Lead verification staff
You decide:
Who to hire
Who to fire
Who performs
3) Deliver Instant Results
Within
15-30 days
, you must:
Generate
qualified UAE business leads
Deliver
meetings & proposals
Build a
scalable lead system
This is not a brand-building role.
This is a
revenue delivery role.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Has
10+ years
in B2B digital marketing or lead generation
Has built
sales pipelines for service businesses
Has run
Google, Meta & LinkedIn campaigns
Understands
long-cycle, high-ticket B2B sales
Can work like a
business owner, not an employee
You must be comfortable starting from
zero
and building everything.
