Key Responsibilities
Grow leadership and brand presence on LinkedIn (content, engagement & audience growth)
Manage monthly content calendars and performance metrics
Execute LinkedIn lead generation via Sales Navigator & automation tools
Build & maintain high-quality prospect databases using Apollo/Lusha
Coordinate telecalling, demos & pre-sales alignment
Represent XploR at startup forums (TiE, NSRCEL, Startup Grind, Bengaluru Tech Summit, Elevate, etc.)
Apply for government grants (Elevate, Idea2PoC, Startup India) & manage submissions
Build partnerships with incubators, accelerators & investors
Track performance dashboards & report growth insights
We're Looking For
2-5 years in growth marketing, business development, or startup ecosystems
Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Lusha, email automation
Strong content & communication skills
Experience with government startup schemes & accelerators is a big plus
High energy, network-driven, data-oriented
