Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content Growth
Take full ownership of Edzy's social media strategy and presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Whatsapp Channel and Telegram Group, etc.).
Plan, create, and post engaging, educational, and shareable content that drives awareness and user growth.
Develop and execute growth experiments to boost engagement, followers, and conversions.
Monitor social media analytics, track performance, and continuously optimize strategies for better results.
2. Content Creation & Writing
Create high-quality written and visual content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce captivating storytelling content that resonates with educators, students, and institutions.
Ensure brand tone, voice, and messaging remain consistent across all digital channels.
3. Brand Awareness & Community Building
Build and engage with an active online community around Edzy.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, student ambassadors, and educational thought leaders.
Drive creative initiatives that promote Edzy's vision and values to a wider audience.
4. Partnerships & Client Relationships
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutes.
Act as a key point of contact for clients and institutional partners.
Identify opportunities to expand Edzy's network and partnerships in the education sector.
5. Growth Experimentation & Analytics
Use a data-driven approach to measure performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and refine campaigns for optimal growth and engagement.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, social media management, or digital marketing (preferably in edtech or startups).
Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics tools, and digital growth tactics.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Content writing and content creation skills are highly preferred.
Creative thinker with a data-driven and experimental mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
Experience with influencer outreach, community building, or paid ad campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or video content creation.
Passion for education and technology.
