Job Summary

We are hiring a confident, smart, and target-driven

Growth Manager

with

1-2 years of experience

in admissions, counselling, digital marketing, sales, operations, HR coordination, or related roles. The candidate must be fluent in

English, Hindi, and Bengali

, and capable of managing end-to-end responsibilities across admissions, digital marketing, hiring, faculty coordination, operations, and webinars.

A key requirement for this position:

Strong knowledge of digital marketing is mandatory.



Key Responsibilities1. Admissions & Counselling

Manage the complete enquiry-to-enrolment process. Conduct counselling sessions with students

via Google Meet

. Communicate professionally via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Present course information clearly and guide students toward suitable programs. Maintain disciplined follow-ups to achieve monthly admissions targets.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Strong digital marketing expertise is required.



Plan and execute cost-effective

Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads

, and retargeting campaigns. Create marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools. Write ad copy, landing page content, and promotional material. Manage social media pages and drive organic + paid lead generation. Execute bulk WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns. Manage chatbot automation, WhatsApp API workflows, and nurturing funnels. Analyse digital campaign performance and optimise for ROI. Develop economic advertising strategies to support consistent lead generation.
3. Operations & Administration

Maintain CRM entries, lead pipelines, and daily reporting. Support student onboarding and backend admission tasks. Conduct internal review meetings via

Google Meet

. Ensure smooth functioning of daily operational and administrative activities.
4. Hiring & Faculty Engagement

Support new hiring requirements for internal roles. Conduct screening calls and coordinate interview schedules. Maintain communication with faculty members and support their onboarding. Coordinate class schedules and ensure faculty engagement.
5. Webinar & Event Coordination

Plan and manage

webinars, demo sessions, and counselling events

. Promote webinars through ads, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Coordinate with speakers or faculty regarding content and setup. Handle attendee lists, session hosting, and post-event follow-ups.
6. Research & Growth Strategy

Conduct competitor analysis and market research. Recommend new strategies for lead generation and conversions. Analyse funnel performance and optimise lead processes. Improve marketing communication and overall admission efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualities

Strong knowledge of digital marketing is mandatory.

Excellent communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Bengali

. Strong persuasion and counselling skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Disciplined, target-oriented, and proactive. Strong follow-up habits and organisational skills. Creative writing and content creation ability.
Mandatory Requirements

The candidate must have:

Own laptop

High-speed internet connection

Own SIM card with active calling pack

Ability to conduct counselling sessions and internal meetings

Eligibility

1-2 years of experience

in admissions, counselling, digital marketing, operations, HR coordination, telecalling, or related roles. Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or education services is preferred.
Expected Monthly Revenue Contribution

The Growth Manager is expected to generate a

minimum revenue of ?2,00,000 to ?5,00,000 per month

, depending on admissions and the course fee structure.

Monthly Target Expectation

Applicants must confirm their willingness to work with monthly admission targets. Target acceptance is mandatory for this position.

Performance Policy

If the employee fails to achieve

a minimum of 4-5 admissions in the first month

, she will be placed under a

Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)

in the following month.

During PIP, she must:

Develop and execute an economic advertising strategy. Optimise lead funnels and improve follow-up quality. Demonstrate measurable progress.
Failure to meet the minimum requirement during the PIP month may result in immediate discontinuation of employment

without salary for the PIP month

.

Salary

Salary will be finalised based on the candidate's expectations, experience, digital marketing expertise, and willingness to work under monthly targets.


Incentives will be performance-driven.
