Growth Manager



We're looking for a Growth Manager who can take Muun Home to the next stage of scale and brand love. This is a broad, ownership-heavy role where you'll shape how our products reach customers across our website, marketplaces, and B2B channels, this role would need someone who thinks like an entrepreneur : someone who can take responsibility for revenue, margins, and channel-level P&L, while building sustainable growth across marketplaces, D2C, B2B, and brand-led initiatives

We're open to growth leaders from different backgrounds within brands -- marketplace-first, ads-first, or B2B-first experience -- as long as you bring strong experience, structured thinking, and the hunger to build something meaningful be it gifting on blinkit or growing our B2B business.

Muun Home is a design-first home brand blending European minimalism with Indian colours, textures, and craftsmanship. We focus on original designs, small-batch production, and thoughtful collaborations -- creating products that feel warm, modern, and deeply personal for modern Indian.

As founders, we are hands-on and deeply involved in product, design, and brand. We're now looking for a growth partner who can bring the same depth of ownership to revenue and scale.

Key Responsibilities



Revenue & P&L Ownership

Own top-line revenue targets across D2C, marketplaces, and B2B

Manage channel-level P&L,

Work closely with founders on pricing, discounting, and margin decisions

Build sustainable growth, not vanity metrics

Marketplace Growth



Lead growth across Amazon, Tata Cliq Luxury, and quick commerce platforms

Own assortment strategy, launches, promotions, and visibility levers

Work towards improving sell-through, contribution margin, and repeat rates

Collaborate with ops and supply chain to ensure availability and scale readiness

D2C & Performance Marketing (if relevant)



Oversee paid growth (Meta, Google) with a strong ROAS and LTV mindset

Align performance marketing with brand storytelling and AOV expansion

Work with agencies/freelancers while owning outcomes internally.

B2B & Corporate Gifting Growth



Build and scale the B2B / corporate gifting vertical

Identify high-potential segments, seasonal opportunities, and partnerships

Work on repeat accounts, customisation offerings, and margin optimisation

Strategic Growth & Expansion



Identify new growth levers: bundles, subscriptions, collaborations, drops

Use customer and channel data to drive smarter decisions

Work cross-functionally with design, ops, finance, and customer experience

Help shape long-term growth strategy and annual plans

Who This Role Is For



Someone who has already scaled at least one D2C growth channel and been relevant experience

Comfortable being accountable for numbers, not just ideas

Strong understanding of unit economics and contribution margins

Hands-on, structured, and comfortable with ambiguity

Excited by design-led brands, not commodity businesses

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
