Build and execute GTM strategies to drive brand growth and revenue
Scale e-commerce and digital sales across marketplaces and owned platforms
Support modern trade and distributor channels with growth initiatives
Plan and execute digital marketing and performance campaigns
Track growth KPIs including sales, conversion, CAC, ROI, and repeat rates
Use data and consumer insights to optimize campaigns and channels
Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams
Requirements
5-10 years experience in FMCG / Pharma / Consumer Health
Strong exposure to digital business, e-commerce, modern trade, or channel sales
Proven experience in brand growth and GTM execution
Analytical, execution-focused, and growth-driven mindset

Pay: ?90,000.00 - ?120,000.00 per month
