About the Role
The Founder's Office - Growth Manager will act as a strategic partner to the founders, driving key business initiatives, new growth opportunities, and process improvements across departments. The role combines analytical problem-solving, business acumen, and execution ownership to accelerate company growth.
You'll work directly with the founders to design and implement high-impact strategies--spanning sales enablement, marketing initiatives, business expansion, partnerships, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives:
Work closely with the founders to conceptualize, plan, and execute new growth projects and business strategies.
Business Expansion:
Identify new revenue streams, partnership opportunities, and market segments to scale operations.
Sales & Marketing Alignment:
Collaborate with sales, CRM, and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.
Performance Tracking:
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems to measure and analyze business performance.
Operational Excellence:
Streamline cross-functional processes and enhance efficiency through automation and data-driven insights.
Special Projects:
Lead ad-hoc founder-led initiatives, including investor presentations, strategic alliances, and product rollouts.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as a bridge between the Founder's Office and various internal/external stakeholders.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making and growth strategies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
MBA / Graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred.
2-7 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or growth roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on approach with ability to execute in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and business intelligence tools.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
