This is a growth internship role that offers an amazing learning opportunity as you get to work on every aspect of the business by working closely with the founders on a day-to-day basis! The mission is 3X growth in 6 months. This internship is for one who is eager to learn fast and get their hands dirty in every aspect of the business - one who wishes to be a future entrepreneur themselves - Kindly do not apply if you do not fit the requirement.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for FoodsCourt, a rapidly growing food and beverage company
2. Utilize social media marketing techniques to promote brand awareness and increase customer engagement across various digital platforms
3. Implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, SMS, Whatsapp, and paid marketing to acquire new & engage existing customers.
4. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to shape future marketing initiatives
5. Manage and oversee Swiggy/Zomato channels, monitoring performance metrics to optimize results and drive continuous improvement
6. Assist in project management, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners to successfully launch new products, promotions, and events
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, continuously experimenting with new strategies and tools to maintain a competitive edge

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of additional revenue generated).
