Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-focused Real Estate Channel Growth Lead to drive partner-led business expansion across key micro-markets. In this role, you'll build and scale high-performing channel partnerships, uncover new sourcing opportunities, and directly contribute to project-level sales acceleration. You'll serve as the central link between partners, sales teams, and marketing functions--ensuring a strong, consistent flow of qualified leads to meet revenue goals.

What You Will Drive
Channel Partner Development
Build, onboard, and nurture strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and strategic sourcing networks.
Design engagement initiatives to keep partners motivated, informed, and aligned with project priorities.
Maintain a steady pipeline of highly qualified leads through continuous partner engagement.
Lead Generation & Activation
Execute multi-channel lead generation strategies through partners, micro-market outreach, property events, exhibitions, and promotional initiatives.
Identify and activate underpenetrated catchments to widen project visibility and demand.
Sales Collaboration & Conversion Support
Work closely with the sales team to ensure efficient lead flow, quick follow-ups, and high-quality conversions.
Track lead performance from source to sale, providing insights to improve conversion ratios.
Support revenue goals by ensuring timely and consistent lead inflow across projects.
Market & Competitor Insights
Conduct ongoing research to understand pricing dynamics, buyer behavior, and competitive projects.
Track market movements to help position current and upcoming launches more effectively.
Share actionable insights with business leaders to influence pricing and inventory strategies.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams to align sourcing plans with campaigns, launches, and special offers.
Provide recommendations to enhance on-ground visibility and partner-driven demand.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Measure partner output, walk-ins, lead quality, and conversion performance.
Create weekly and monthly performance dashboards for internal leadership.
Recommend strategies to strengthen underperforming channels.
Business Expansion Opportunities
Identify new business pockets, potential partners, and unexplored micro-markets.
Grow the sourcing ecosystem to maximize reach and strengthen sales capability across geographies.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Proven experience in real estate channel sales, sourcing, or business development.
Strong understanding of local real estate markets, pricing behaviors, and customer segments.
Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple partners, and drive consistent output.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Open to frequent travel for partner visits, site meetings, and events.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
