Vira Design Studio is a premium architectural visualization agency working with real estate developers and mandate firms. We help stakeholders clearly visualize, sell, and communicate large-scale real estate projects.
We are building a
high-ticket, system-driven growth engine
and are looking for someone to own outreach, paid marketing, and lead nurturing end-to-end.

Role Objective
Your single responsibility is to
generate qualified sales conversations
for the founder.

Build a brand
Make posters
Create content for likes
You ARE here to:
Start conversations
Warm leads
Book qualified meetings
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Outreach (Primary)
Build and manage prospect lists:
Real estate developers
Mandate firms
Channel partners
Execute daily outreach via:
LinkedIn
Email
WhatsApp (where appropriate)
Follow-up sequences (5-7 touchpoints)
Qualify leads before booking calls
2. Performance Marketing (Secondary)
Run and optimize:
Meta Lead Ads
Google Search / Display (lean budgets)
Coordinate basic landing pages or lead forms
Track CPL, lead quality, and conversion to meetings
Kill campaigns that don't perform
3. Lead Nurturing (Critical)
Manage CRM / lead tracker (Sheets or CRM)
Warm up leads with:
Case studies
Project samples
Re-activate cold leads
Ensure founder speaks only to
serious prospects
Success Metrics (Non-Negotiable)
30-50 qualified conversations/month
Consistent meeting bookings on founder's calendar
Clear pipeline visibility (Warm / Hot / Follow-up)
Reduction in unqualified calls

2-4 years experience in:
B2B services
Real estate marketing
Agency growth / lead generation
Strong written & spoken English

Outreach tools
