Role Overview:

The Growth Intern will support our firm in managing our LinkedIn and Instagram platforms in a professional and compliant manner, in alignment with ICAI guidelines. The role will also involve handling CA-related forms and contributing to the smooth flow of information within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining a consistent and professional presence on LinkedIn and Instagram that reflects our firm's ethos and values.

- Create content that highlights the professional services and knowledge of the firm without direct solicitation.

- Support in the management of CA-related forms to ensure they are accessible and comply with necessary guidelines.

- Coordinate with the internal team to promote an information-driven approach to client engagement.

- Conduct market research and present insights in accordance with industry trends to enhance internal processes.

- Assist in general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Attention to detail and an understanding of professional ethics as per ICAI norms.

- Interest in digital marketing and content creation, with a focus on compliance.
