Job Description

We're looking for a sharp, AI-native Growth Intern to help drive founder-led sales and outbound growth. You'll work directly with the founder to research prospects, craft personalized outreach, and build multi-channel campaigns that actually get responses. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of sales, marketing, design, and AI -- perfect for someone who wants to learn how early-stage startups grow while working inside a world-class design studio.

What You'll Do



Research and identify high-potential prospects using databases, LinkedIn, and creative sources. Write personalized emails, DMs, and pitches that sound human -- not templated. Use tools like Apollo, Clay, Notion, and HubSpot (or Airtable) to manage outreach. Experiment with multi-channel outreach -- email, LinkedIn, video, creative formats. Create lightweight pitch materials -- slides, short videos, one-pagers. Work closely with the founder to refine targeting, positioning, and messaging. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI, etc.) to supercharge research and writing.
