to grow restaurant, QSR, microbrewery, and bar brands in a scalable and measurable way.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Scaling
Develop and execute
location-wise and brand-wide growth strategies
focused on customer acquisition, retention, and brand love.
Build scalable playbooks for
new outlet launches, market expansion
, and
footfall growth
.
Drive performance-based growth campaigns across multiple channels.
2. Branding & Positioning
Strengthen and maintain a
consistent brand voice
across digital, offline, and experiential touchpoints.
Lead campaigns that build emotional resonance and brand recall.
Own visual identity, campaign storytelling, and positioning strategies for each brand.
3. Event Planning & Activation
Conceptualize and execute
weekly and monthly brand activations
, themed nights, and signature events.
Drive footfall and conversions through strategic
pre-event marketing funnels
, influencer campaigns, and CRM retargeting.
Measure impact of each activation with footfall and revenue lift.
4. LTOs & Promotions
Conceptualize
Limited Time Offers
, promotional menus, and seasonal experiences that drive urgency and sales.
A/B test campaigns and optimize based on conversion, margin, and ROI.
Integrate promotions with loyalty, referral, and upsell strategies.

6. Digital Marketing & Performance
Drive performance marketing across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, influencer marketing, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms.
Build and optimize acquisition and retention funnels.
Track, analyze, and report key metrics for campaign performance and growth loops.
7. Community & Loyalty Growth
Build engaged communities through loyalty programs, referral loops, and micro-influencer activations.
Increase
repeat visit frequency and spend
through targeted retention strategies.
Skills & Experience Required
4-8 years of experience in
F&B growth marketing
, preferably with
restaurant, bar, QSR, or microbrewery
brands.
Proven expertise in scaling footfall through
promotions, collaborations, and events
.
Strong understanding of
CRM
, funnel optimization, referral programs, and retention loops.
Hands-on with
performance marketing platforms
and brand storytelling.
Existing network with
beverage brands, lifestyle labels, and influencer communities
.
Data-driven mindset with strong creative instincts.
