The Role:
As a Growth Hacker reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you\'ll be responsible for driving marketing campaigns in North America for Enghouse Vidyo. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our digital marketing initiatives run efficiently, effectively, and yield the desired results. This role is crucial and involves handling marketing automation (specifically Marketo), email marketing, tradeshows, events, social media, and digital analytics. You\'ll play a vital role in creating and refining digital marketing programs and strategies tailored to contact center trends and solutions. The goal is to rapidly test and scale ideas that enhance the customer journey while minimizing resource investment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage various digital marketing programs, such as landing page design and development, Marketo email campaigns, Salesforce leads, webinars, social media, and revenue-generating campaigns.
  • Develop and execute paid advertising and search campaigns, utilizing display ads, Google AdWords, remarketing, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Oversee regional and national trade shows, events, and programs.
  • Support lead and customer nurturing programs.
  • Consolidate metrics and provide ongoing reporting and analytics to senior management, along with recommendations for program optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Customer Support, and other Marketing & Demand Gen teams, both in North America and internationally, to evaluate customer segments and create targeted digital marketing strategies based on customer profiling.
  • Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies used by competitors, and suggest counter-strategies based on trends and insights.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

To Excel in this Role, You Should Bring:
  • A minimum of three years of B2B software marketing experience, with a preference for experience in contact center or cloud software.
  • Preferred expertise in marketing automation, especially Marketo.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, encompassing SEO, organic searches, and search engine optimization.
  • Proven competency in social media, email marketing strategy, website strategy and development, and web analytics, with SEO/PPC knowledge as a plus.
  • Solid experience with B2B events, including field events, trade shows, and user conferences.
  • Strong experience with sales team enablement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or major CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration software (e.g., Basecamp, Monday, Sharepoint, MS Teams).
  • A robust understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat (form templates), PowerPoint design, and Google Analytics.
  • Extensive knowledge of WordPress standards and functionality.
  • The ability to develop effective digital marketing communications strategies across various sales models, including direct and channel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (<10% anticipated).
