The Growth Executive will be responsible for driving market expansion, lead generation, and revenue growth for solar generators and portable power solutions. This role focuses on identifying new customer segments, strengthening channel partnerships, executing growth campaigns, and supporting sales through data-driven strategies in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales of solar generators and power backup solutions
Identify new market opportunities including commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare, events, and rural applications
Support dealer, distributor, and channel partner growth initiatives
Work closely with sales and technical teams to convert leads into deployments
Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital, exhibitions, roadshows, demos, and partner activations)
Track and analyze performance metrics such as lead conversion, revenue growth, and market penetration
Maintain and optimize CRM systems for lead tracking and customer follow-ups
Conduct competitor and pricing analysis within the solar and power backup market
Assist in product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning
Prepare growth reports and market insights for management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
Experience in growth, marketing, sales support, or business development
Basic understanding of solar power systems, generators, inverters, or energy storage
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Willingness to travel for site visits, partner meetings, and industry events
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience in solar, renewable energy, power backup, EV charging, or electrical equipment
Knowledge of government renewable policies, subsidies, or tenders
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms
Experience with channel sales and distributor management
