Growth Executives - Sales
. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with enterprise clients, learn solution-based selling, and build a successful career in IT sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and articulate Embee's product & service portfolio (Cloud Solutions, Microsoft offerings, SAP, Security, etc.)
Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outbound efforts.
Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitches under the guidance of senior professionals.
Participate in client interactions, virtual demos, and account development activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or IT solution selling (fresh MBA/BBA graduates encouraged to apply).
MBA/BBA graduates with Marketing or Sales specialization preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales.
Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to travel within assigned territory.
Basic understanding of IT and business concepts is an added advantage.
