Job description:- Onboard & Train: Support new entrepreneurs in understanding the brand, products, pricing, selling techniques, and CRM usage.- Sales Support: Guide them on how to approach hotel clients, identify leads, and close deals.- Performance Monitoring: Track weekly/monthly sales progress of entrepreneurs and help underperformers with actionable plans.- Motivation & Retention: Keep entrepreneurs engaged and driven through regular check-ins, appreciation calls, and target incentives.- Resolve Issues: Help them overcome objections from clients, delivery-related queries, or tech difficulties with CRM or tools.- Market Feedback: Collect local insights and product feedback from entrepreneurs and share with product/marketing teams.- Reporting: Maintain reports of daily calls, conversions, sales data, and entrepreneur performance status.Requirements:- Strong communication and people management skills- Ability to explain and train simply and effectively- Sales or business development experience preferred- Proficient in using mobile apps, CRM tools, and spreadsheets- Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented- Language proficiency in Hindi & local dialect (as per region) (ref:updazz.com)
