The Opportunity
This is not a routine sales or marketing job.
As the
Growth & Digital Outreach Executive
, you will be the engine powering SendZen's top-of-funnel growth.
Your role will combine
content marketing, lead research, and personalized outreach
to connect our product with the right founders, developers, and CTOs globally.
You will work directly with the founder, execute growth campaigns, and fill the calendar with qualified discovery calls -- while learning how a B2B SaaS company scales from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Prospecting
Identify SaaS founders, developers, and product heads in Europe and Asia using LinkedIn and Apollo.
Build accurate lead lists with verified contact data.
2. Digital Outreach
Send personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns using provided templates and tools like Instantly or Smartlead.
Follow up with leads, manage first-level replies, and coordinate booked meetings in the founder's calendar.
3. Content & Visibility
Repurpose blogs, docs, and product updates into short social posts for LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter.
Engage in relevant communities, answer questions, and share helpful SendZen content.
4. Tracking & Reporting
Maintain clean CRM data (Google Sheet/Notion).
Report daily metrics in short growth stand-ups: outreaches sent, responses received, calls booked.
Suggest improvements based on what's working in outreach and engagement.
