Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clearly explain product details.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Follow up with potential customers to close deals.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Handle objections and concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide after-sales support and resolve basic customer queries.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi, English, and Marathi
.
Ability to convince and influence potential customers.
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Target-driven with a positive and confident approach.
Experience:
6 months - 2 years
(Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Education:
Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
or above.
Preferred Experience:
Tele Sales: 1 year
Technical Support: 1 year
