Growth & Communications Coordinator - Junior Cube Association

Full-Time | On-Site - Ghatkopar (Mumbai)

The

Junior Cube Association (JCA)

is a global platform promoting

cubing as a sport for children

, helping them develop focus, confidence, and problem-solving skills through structured championships and challenges.

We're looking for a

dynamic lady professional

who can handle

parent communication, school outreach, and event coordination

to support JCA's growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with

parents, mentors, and schools

to promote JCA programs. Manage

registrations, participation data, and follow-ups

. Support

event coordination

for online and offline championships. Assist with

outreach communication and digital engagement

activities. Report weekly progress on engagement and participation.

Skills & Attributes

Excellent verbal communication (English & Hindi). Confident, organized, and goal-oriented. Comfortable working with

digital communication tools

. Prior experience in education, counselling, or outreach preferred.

Compensation

?22,000 - ?25,000 per month

(Full-Time, Work from Office - Ghatkopar) Additional incentives based on school tie-ups, registrations, and event participation.
