Role Summary :

We're looking for a Growth & Communication, Founder's Office
This role is based in Bangalore. You'll be required to work at our Bangalore offices: Bangalore south - Uttarahalli or Bangalore North - Kalyan Nagar.

Key Responsibilities :

Founder & Leadership CommunicationsCraft clear, compelling communication for the Founder, including

emails, presentations, speeches, town halls, and leadership updates

. Translate complex business, technology, and strategy discussions into

concise, impactful narratives

. Support Founder in

stakeholder communication

, board updates, and investor messaging.
Strategic Storytelling & Narrative BuildingDevelop and maintain a

consistent leadership narrative

aligned with company vision, values, and growth strategy. Shape messaging for key initiatives such as product launches, organizational changes, partnerships, and market positioning. Ensure tone, clarity, and consistency across all leadership-driven communication.
Internal CommunicationsDrive internal communication strategy to improve

alignment, transparency, and employee engagement.

Partner with HR and leadership teams on change communication, culture initiatives, and leadership announcements. Create content for internal newsletters, leadership blogs, FAQs, and company-wide updates.
External & Brand CommunicationSupport external communication efforts including

PR briefs, and ecosystem communication

. Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to ensure Founder-led messaging aligns with brand positioning. Act as a sounding board for high-visibility or sensitive communications.
Strategic Advisory & Execution

Act as a

trusted advisor

to the Founder--anticipating communication needs and proactively shaping messaging. Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership and confidentiality. Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to gather insights and ensure message accuracy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

6-12+ years of experience in

growth, strategic communications, leadership communications, consulting, or Founder's Office roles

. Exceptional

written and verbal communication skills

with strong storytelling ability. Experience working closely with

CXOs, Founders, or senior leadership

. Ability to simplify complex ideas into crisp, persuasive messaging. High emotional intelligence, discretion, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and handling

high-impact, time-sensitive communication

. * Background in consulting, media, journalism, corporate communications, or strategy is a plus.
