About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our CEOs office as Growth
Associate. The successful candidate will be an integral member of our core team, working
closely with our strategy & growth department. This is a WFO role - Kolkata.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
xe2x97x8f Identify, manage, and assist in projects and initiatives that are strategic to the company
xe2x97x8f Collaborate with BD and marketing teams to develop and execute the companys requirements
xe2x97x8f Facilitate effective decision-making throughout the organization
xe2x97x8f Conduct market research and create reports and presentations with data-driven insights
xe2x97x8f Oversee process enhancement, ensure proper quality communication to external stakeholders etc.; basically wearing multiple hats at all times!

xe2x97x8f Resourceful, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges
xe2x97x8f Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences with a keen eye for detail
xe2x97x8f Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
xe2x97x8f 0-2 year experience
