Job Title: Growth Associate

Bengaluru, India Full-Time (On-Site) | Mon to Fri Growth & Marketing 1+ Year Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Growth Associate to join our Growth & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Business, or Growth Strategy & Operations. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth through experimentation, insights, and scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and optimize growth channels with scalable processes and predictable ROI. Build and implement automation workflows to enhance reporting and minimize manual tasks. Own high-impact, end-to-end growth projects from ideation through execution. Analyze marketing performance metrics and align them with business outcomes to inform decision-making. Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering to ensure accurate data usage. Evaluate marketing channel data (e.g., Google, Meta) and connect insights with internal metrics. Design and run experiments to improve marketing efficiency, build reports, and present insights for ongoing iteration.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in a fast-paced startup or reputed organization. Proven ability to drive initiatives or programs at scale. Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets with comfort working on large datasets and building dashboards. Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools. Strong understanding of data systems, pipelines, and troubleshooting data issues. First-principles thinker with structured problem-solving skills. Strong business intuition with the ability to translate data into actionable narratives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, AppsFlyer. Experience in a consumer-tech or subscription-based business.
