3-4 years of relevant experience in growth marketing, performance advertising, or pre-sales roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in writing copy and engaging potential clients.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and basic landing page optimisation.
Comfortable working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and tools like Excel/Google Sheetsfor reporting and segmentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing-
Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn.
Track, analyse, and optimise performance metrics such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Collaborate with design and content teams to optimise creatives, ad copy, and landing pages for better conversion performance.
Generate regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights to improve future campaigns and communicate success to stakeholders.
Pre-Sales & CRM Support-
Manage and segment leads using CRM tools to support lead nurturing and improve sales efficiency.
Draft and send professional, persuasive, and timely follow-up communications to potential clients and partners.
Assist the business development team with proposal creation, pitch decks, and other sales collateral.
Coordinate the smooth transition of qualified leads from marketing to sales, ensuring context and continuity.
