Position Overview:



We are seeking a Growth Associate to drive business development and strategic partnerships across India, UAE, and Hong Kong. This role involves expanding our network of schools and universities, developing collaborations with education service providers, and increasing brand presence. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly communicative, and focused on increasing revenue streams through strategic partnerships.

Core Responsibility:

1. Business Development & Partnerships:



Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and education service providers across India, UAE, and Hong Kong. Build and execute strategic collaborations with international schools, test prep providers, and university admissions teams. Represent Rostrum Education at conferences, seminars, and networking events to establish and grow relationships. Develop B2B outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers in the education sector and beyond.

2. Student Counseling & Application Support:



Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students/applicants to discuss university options and finalizing university lists, academic pathways, and career goals. Assist students with applications, including essays, personal statements, and supplemental documents. Provide guidance on standardized tests such as SAT, ACT, and APs. Advise on scholarship and financial aid options, and ensure compliance with application processes (Common App, UCAS, OUAC, etc.). Help students explore enrichment opportunities (not limited to) like academic competition, summer programs, passion/capstone projects, leadership initiatives, and volunteering activities.

3. School & University Outreach:



Establish an active school network by initiating partnerships for webinars, consultations, and workshops. Organize and execute on-campus and virtual events to engage students, parents, and educators. Identify opportunities for guest lectures, mentorship sessions, and university fairs to enhance Rostrum's brand visibility. Develop a deep understanding of Rostrum's counseling services and ensure schools and partners are well-informed about the value these services bring to students.

4. Sales & Market Expansion:



Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in different regions. Initiate phone and video calls with prospective clients (students, parents, and schools). Develop and execute sales strategies to convert partnerships into revenue-generating opportunities. Track key business development metrics such as conversion rates, lead generation success, and sales performance. Leverage knowledge of Rostrum's counseling work to position it effectively as a key revenue driver in conversations with stakeholders.

5. Client & Partner Relationship Management:



Ensure a high-quality experience for students, parents, and partners. Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and collaboration with new partners. Provide timely feedback and market insights to help refine Rostrum's services.

Desired Qualification:



Bachelor's degree from a reputed university (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field). 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in education is a plus but not mandatory). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zoho preferred). Understanding of university admissions, counseling services, and student support programs is essential. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel for business expansion and client meetings.
