We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Growth Associate - Dealer Development
to support our expansion plans. This role focuses on identifying new dealers, strengthening dealer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth onboarding and support for our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers in targeted regions.
Support the dealer development team in expanding network presence and market coverage.
Maintain strong professional relationships with existing dealers to enhance performance and retention.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitor activities.
Assist in dealer training, product understanding, and performance enablement.
Monitor dealer sales performance and share insights with the management team.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) for dealer requirements and process improvements.
Prepare regular reports, updates, and presentations on dealer development activities.
Ensure dealers comply with company standards, guidelines, and brand expectations.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
0-2 years of experience in dealer development, sales, or business development (freshers with strong skills can apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Good analytical and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (preferred).
Willingness to travel as required.
