Job Description

1. Responsibly manage clients and solve their problems pro-actively through a phone call

or WhatsApp message independently once all processes of the firm are understood.

2. Place online transactions on the wealth management software for the clients and have

it approved while talking with clients via call or WhatsApp.

3. Ability to research and learn various other industry relevant softwares like BSE, NSE

and MF Central for online transactions of the clients, solving other specific problems of the clients through this softwares.

4. Good Handwriting is a must - so that necessary forms which are filled on the behalf of

the clients are well-understood by the Asset Management Companies.

5. Candidate should have very strong memory so that tasks once allotted are completed

pro-actively (within 24 hours).

6. Basic Accounting knowledge and ability to use Tally as a software for firm accounting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
