1) Sales & Pipeline Ownership
? Handle inbound leads: discovery, qualification, scheduling demos, proposal dispatch, follow-ups to closure.? Run basic outbound (calls/WhatsApp/email/LinkedIn) to targeted clinic lists.? Maintain CRM hygiene (stages, next actions, notes, reminders).
2) Revenue Operations
? Prepare proposals & quotations using standard templates.? Raise invoices, track collections.? Maintain order book, dues, and collection trackers.
3) Distributor/Partner Coordination
? Single POC for distributor communications, lead sharing, status updates.? Track & process monthly payouts accurately and on time; maintain records.
4) Growth Marketing Coordination
? Own the content calendar; coordinate assets with the graphics/UI freelancers.? Liaise with SEO and Performance Ads teams: share briefs, landing pages, UTMlinks, and weekly numbers.? Track CPL, source-wise leads, and campaign ROI in simple dashboards.
5) Team & Vendor Enablement
? Coordinate with Developers, Designers, SEO & Meta Ads team (freelancers).? Run a weekly stand-up and send a short CEO summary (priorities, blockers,due dates).
6) Tele-calling & Communication
? Attend inbound/outbound calls, supervise tele-caller efforts, ensure call logs &outcomes.? Draft professional emails/WhatsApp updates to prospects, clients, partners.
7) Process & Documentation
? Create/update SOPs for proposals, invoicing, follow-ups, handover to onboarding.? Maintain template repository (emails, call scripts, briefs, proposals).Note: Occasional local travel for clinic demos or partner meetings may be required.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
