Job Summary: A leading e-commerce startup in the home decor space is seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Growth and Marketing Manager to take 100% ownership of its marketing initiatives. This role places special emphasis on offline communication, branding, and brand development. You'll work directly with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen the brand identity while driving business growth in India's rapidly evolving home decor industry.

Designation: Growth and Marketing Manager
Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
Roles & Responsibility:
Understand digital and offline acquisition channels, strategize and launch campaigns to maximize ROI and other assigned goals.
Create and implement a cohesive brand strategy that increases brand recognition and reinforces market position.
Design and execute impactful offline marketing campaigns including events, trade shows, direct mail, print advertising, and physical store experiences.
Build SEO strategy based on keyword/competitor research and execute it by working with team members/freelancers/interns/agencies.
Manage, optimize, and scale PPC campaigns across channels.
Drive product-led initiatives for customer acquisition.
Identify and experiment with new acquisition channels, explore affiliate marketing, loyalty programs, strategic partnerships, etc. to drive growth.
Work with the product team to optimize conversions.
Enable CRM/Marketing Automation to set up, optimize, and run ad-hoc campaigns aimed at driving high engagement.
Devise effective communication strategies and maintain detailed records of interactions. Engage across communication channels to effectively navigate queries and doubts.
Ensure teammates are aligned and empowered to achieve maximum results and meet team and individual targets.
Periodically and proactively collect, collate, and present customer feedback and analysis for improvement to all relevant stakeholders.
