We're looking for a

Growth & Alliances Lead

to unlock and scale new revenue engines for a rapidly growing, AI-powered SaaS platform serving global e-commerce brands. This role sits at the heart of business growth--combining strategic thinking, commercial execution, and relationship-driven expansion.
You'll build new growth levers from scratch, experiment quickly, and turn early wins into repeatable, scalable programs. If you enjoy launching initiatives, working across teams, and driving measurable revenue impact, this role is built for you.

What You'll Own

Growth Channels & Market Expansion


Launch and scale new revenue channels through alliances with agencies, SaaS tools, platform partners, and ecosystem communities.
Design repeatable partner-led growth motions that contribute directly to pipeline and revenue.
Identify emerging opportunities in the e-commerce ecosystem and test new collaboration models.

Partner Strategy & Execution


Develop partnership frameworks--from onboarding to enablement to performance tracking.
Strengthen existing partner relationships by identifying upsell, co-selling, and co-marketing opportunities.
Act as the primary driver for partner success, ensuring clear value exchange and measurable outcomes.

Revenue Enablement


Work closely with sales and customer teams to align growth initiatives with conversion and retention goals.
Ensure partners are equipped with the right messaging, enablement, and workflows to drive results.
Support deal acceleration and expansion opportunities through strategic partner involvement.

Analytics & Optimisation


Define success metrics for each growth initiative and track performance rigorously.
Analyse results, identify patterns, and continuously refine strategy to improve ROI.
Share insights and recommendations with leadership to inform long-term growth planning.

What Will Make You Successful


2+ years of experience in high-growth startups, SaaS, or digital-first businesses.
Exposure to growth, revenue, partnerships, or commercial strategy roles.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to move ideas from concept to execution.
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with limited playbooks.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
Data-oriented thinking with the ability to measure impact and iterate quickly.
