We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Group Product Manager with

good knowledge of Ayurvedic products

to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Ayurvedic formulations, ingredients, and market trends, along with strong product management and marketing skills.

4-5 years as a Group Product Manager

Qualification:

B. Pharma / D. Pharm

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

Plan, develop, and enhance Ayurvedic products based on market research, consumer needs, and company goals.

Product Promotion Strategy:

Design and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales.

Developing Promotional Material:

Create and manage promotional content such as

Leave Behind Literature (LBLs), visual aids, brochures,

and other marketing tools.

Product Training:

Conduct regular product knowledge and sales training sessions for internal teams and field staff.

Development Training:

Support team development through continuous learning initiatives related to Ayurveda, products, and marketing trends.

Company Promotion Activities:

Plan and execute brand promotion campaigns, events, and awareness programs to enhance brand identity and market presence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Sound understanding of

Ayurvedic concepts, herbs, and formulations.

Proven experience in Group Product Manager functions within the Ayurvedic or pharmaceutical industry.

Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
