Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to oversee the end-to-end operations for Group Life and Health Insurance. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing policy issuance, premium reconciliation, claims processing, and coordinating with insurers, TPAs, and clients to ensure efficient policy servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire operations for group life and health insurance, ensuring smooth functioning of processes from policy issuance to claims resolution. Manage the policy issuance process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of policies to clients. Oversee premium reconciliation, ensuring accurate records and timely payments. Coordinate with insurers, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and clients to ensure efficient policy servicing and timely resolution of queries or issues. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory guidelines and industry standards. Monitor claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate settlements. Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

4+ years of experience in group life and health insurance operations. Bachelor's degree in any field. Preference for candidates with a degree related to Insurance, Finance, or Business Administration. Strong understanding of policy issuance, premium reconciliation, and claims processing. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
