  • Provide guidance and support to sales managers and representatives in understanding and maximizing incentive plans

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on designing and managing sales incentive plans
