Group Manager - Procurement Services - ITeS/BPO/KPO - 10+ years - PuneLocation - Pune (US Shift)We are hiring a Group Manager - Procurement Services to lead strategic sourcing operations for US-based clients. This role involves driving procurement excellence, managing supplier performance, and leading high-performing teams in a global delivery model.Your Future Employer - is a global BPM leader delivering value-driven procurement solutions to Fortune 500 clients through technology, domain expertise, and operational excellence.Responsibilities -

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with client goals.
• Managing end-to-end procurement processes including RFx, negotiations, and contracts.
• Leading vendor performance tracking and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Acting as the primary liaison for US-based clients and driving stakeholder engagement.
• Mentoring and managing a team of procurement professionals to deliver on SLAs.
• Monitoring procurement analytics and delivering strategic insights to clients and leadership.

Requirements -

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
• 8+ years of procurement experience, with 3-5 years in a managerial role in BPO/KPO.
• Hands-on experience with P2P/S2P tools like Ariba, Coupa, SAP, or Jaggaer.
• Proven expertise in category management, vendor negotiations, and client servicing.
