Designation/Title Manager Trainer About BU About BU Required Educational Qualifications Any Graduation Desired Experience 6- 8 yrs experience in training or customer serving Job Objective Job Objective Accountable for team capacity building and optimizing training sessions Lead Training Delivery (New Hire / Upskilling / Refresher Training) & Content Management Work with respective Trainers and evaluate them, provide feedback to improve performance, create a robust TNI, make plans to improve trainers performance Identify requirements and develop and design content. Requirements Gathering and Analysis. Understand and gather requirements from the documentation. Conduct needs analysis- Devise design strategy for learning. Devise content strategy- Device documentation strategy Content Creation- Ability to take ownership of more than one project from a delivery perspective Implement new ideas that are in line with what is happening in the industry Work on estimations for varied kinds of deliverables. Independently create content deliverables. Understanding of learning and documentation strategies. understanding of content strategy lessons learned and best practices from prior projects. Required Skills 6-8 years of experience in Instructional design. Content writing script writing, story-boarding. Should be well versed with tools like Adobe Captivate 2019, Story line, Articulate, After Effects, etc Strong analytical skills.
