o Experience in setting up Pharma-Regulatory Affairs teams and Pharma CoEs (Centre of excellence) for Global MNCs/ Service organizations. o Experience with off-shore development Regulatory center of excellence (CoE) o Building & managing the team of Regulatory resources for regulatory filings across US, EU, UK, APAC, Africa, CIS and LatAm markets etc. o Involved in Business Development support, CMO Interactions, QA & Commercial Inputs, Packaging improvements, and an overall oversight leadership on critical issues and streamlining processes. o Experience with Product Compliance, Product Safety, Electromagnetic Compatibility, NRTL and CE Marking. Experience in Empower is desired o Document intake, indexing, categorization, physical and electronic filing, retrieval, and file maintenance; supervising e regulatory compliance for hazardous materials, developing safety programs, conducting audits.
