Guide and supervise the subordinate team to achieve departmental objectives and BOM value targets.
Conduct daily reviews of BOM value for the respective department.
Plan daily production schedules based on requirements and ensure execution.
Track daily production and ensure adherence to targets.
Plan monthly manpower allocation in line with production targets.
Provide technical inputs to ensure production targets are met with quality standards.
Ensure smooth flow of production activities without delays or bottlenecks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, SCM) to resolve production issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce setup time, and minimize rejections.
